This innovative class is a definite Total Body Workout of a Fighter -you must come
prepared (body, mind & soul) to burn some major calories. There are no gloves or
contact involved. Capoeira, Kickboxing, Taekwondo and Tai Chi are to name a few that
are incorporated in this class. Martial Arts are still practiced today as both a
method of self-defense and physical/mental exercise. It is simultaneously an aerobic
(agility/speed), plyometric (balance/power) and strength endurance oriented art form.
No experience is necessary or required, just an attitude to sweat!
