

Cardio/Fitness Dance

A fun and easy to follow fitness dance class that combines the infectious rhythms and energy of Latin & Caribbean, Hip Hop, and Middle Eastern music with the sensuality of dance. This class is not just a typical workout but also an effective one in burning fat (600 cal. minimum) as you shape your buttocks, thighs and abdominal region while having fun!
